GEOTECHNICAL ANALYSIS

We have a USACE-certified sediment analysis lab along with an AASHTO certification.  We complete beach and channel sediment through sieve shaking and calcium carbonate acid digestion methods to determine grain size distribution and sediment composition respectively. Our main goal is to provide precise and accurate results in order to identify exact types of sediment for beach nourishment.
We manage sediment samples from up and down the entire east coast and varying types of sediment from quarry sand mines, beach environments, as well as varying conditions of channel and marina silt.  We manage grab samples as well as vibracore drilling during sand searches.
